I can't believe my first year of high school baseball is already over!  It went by FAST!  We ended the season with 13 wins and 2 losses, winning our division.

Overall it was a great season.  For most of it I batted the 3rd hole and kept good stats.  My legs got tired near the end of the season so I wasn't batting as strong but I still had tons of RBI's.  I'm ready for select ball now with D-Bat!  We are expected to have a strong squad.  My job now is to win the starting position.

I'm heading back to Brandon for more hitting lessons.  My old bat cracked early on in the season and struggled to find a new one.  I got the Easton SI and I love the pop!  Stay tuned, hope my form comes back!

Jags are Winners! Frisco Freshman Baseball Tournament

We had a great tournament this weekend!  We played 5 games...Highland Park, Frisco Heritage, Frisco Centennial and Frisco.  We beat them all.  Our toughest game yet was the finals against Marcus where we squeezed out a win by a walk off and won 8 to 7.  I went 3 for 4, hitting two doubles and a single.

I caught, pitched and had a good hitting outing.  Batting average around 700, on base percentage over 900!

I made the Freshman Jaguar baseball team as starting catcher and batting 4th. Our first tournament was a blow out! We won! I was awarded MVP with a batting average of 825! I'm feeling my bat this year! One triple, 2 doubles and 5 singles!
